Yes. Quoteland is a new platform, and right now joining, receiving survey requests and contacting clients costs nothing. We don't ask for card details, so nothing can be charged without you knowing.

We're launching and need to build up both clients and surveyors. While we do that, there is no fee. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly in advance and you can decide whether to use them. Nothing will be switched on automatically.

RICS Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys, new build snagging, party wall notices and awards, schedules of condition, dilapidations, building surveys, measured building and topographical surveys, drone roof surveys, valuations and EPCs.

To offer RICS Home Survey Standard surveys, you need to be an RICS member or work for an RICS-regulated firm. Show your membership on your profile. Other surveys may have different requirements, such as accreditation for EPCs.

Yes. Homeowners post requests for party wall notices and awards. Show your experience and any Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors or Pyramus & Thisbe membership.

No. Panels usually take a share of the fee. On Quoteland clients contact you directly and you set your own fees.
