Structural engineer jobs: calculations, surveys and design for local projects

Homeowners, builders and architects post the structural work they need: steel beam and RSJ calculations, wall removals, extensions and loft conversions, structural surveys and reports, subsidence and crack inspections, foundation and retaining wall design, and temporary works. Questions from structural engineers

Everything you need to know before you join.

Yes. Quoteland is a new platform, and right now joining, receiving requests and contacting clients costs nothing. We don't ask for card details, so nothing can be charged without you knowing.

We're launching and need to build up both clients and engineers. While we do that, there is no fee. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly in advance and you can decide whether to use them. Nothing will be switched on automatically.

Steel beam and RSJ calculations, load-bearing wall removals, extension and loft conversion calculations, structural inspections and reports, crack and subsidence surveys, foundation and retaining wall design, and temporary works design.

Homeowners planning alterations, house buyers, builders and loft and extension contractors, architects and architectural technologists, and small developers.

It isn't needed to join, but many clients and building control bodies expect a chartered or incorporated engineer, such as with the IStructE or ICE. Show your membership on your profile.

Party wall matters are usually handled by party wall surveyors. If you act as one, say so on your profile. Quoteland also has a surveyor category.

Directly, by phone or WhatsApp. Quoteland doesn't sit between you and the client or take a commission.

Most lead services charge per lead or a monthly membership. Quoteland charges nothing while we launch. You see the project details and decide for yourself.
