Questions from driveway contractors

Everything you need to know before you join.

Yes. Quoteland is a new platform, and right now joining, receiving job requests and contacting customers costs nothing. We don't ask for card details, so nothing can be charged without you knowing.

We're launching and need to build up both customers and contractors in each area. While we do that, there is no fee. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly in advance and you can decide whether to use them. Nothing will be switched on automatically.

New driveways in block paving, resin, tarmac, concrete and gravel, permeable and SuDS-compliant driveways, patios, paths and parking areas, dropped kerbs, drainage and soakaways, and driveway repairs and resurfacing.

Yes. Builders and landscapers also post requests for groundworkers and paving teams on a day rate. You choose which ones to answer.

Often. In England, paving a front garden of more than 5 m² with a non-permeable surface usually needs planning permission unless water drains to a permeable area. Explaining permeable options helps you win the job.

Yes. A dropped kerb needs council permission, and many councils require an approved or accredited contractor. Show your street works qualifications on your profile so customers can find you.

Directly, by phone or WhatsApp. Quoteland doesn't sit between you and the customer or take a cut of the job.

Most lead services charge per lead or a monthly membership. Quoteland charges nothing while we launch. You see the job details and decide for yourself.
